anp = apparently normal part
ep = emotional partwe are just guessing at this (well, so is everyone) but it's a theory about how alters are formed. it helps frame patterns + reactions to external events.- anps are presumed to be able to function practically as well as a singular integrated person - can do their job, perform hobbies and interact with friends & family well enough
- eps are presumed to be less developed and hold distinct emotions & memories of trauma. they will usually have more amnesia and be less aware of the present (+more rooted in the past).bpd = borderline personality disorder
npd = narcissistic personality disorder
szpd = schizoid personality disorder
sztpd = schizotypal personality disorder- borderlines tend to be more volatile, switching between love and hate with black and white thinking centered on doing good things vs doing bad things
- narcissists internalize criticism easily, despite the name + tendency to grandiose delusions, have a diabolically low self esteem. they aim low so that exceeding that expectation feels like a bigger achievement than it is. praise is hard to take and criticism (however slight) is crushing
- schizoids have a limited capacity for overall "feeling". no desire for relationships (of any kind; platonic, romantic) and limited/no enjoyment from hobbies/interests
- schizotypals are essentially the same to schizoids with added fears of persecution and heightened anxiety. they feel like they are constantly being monitored/watched & feel like there are hidden meanings where there are nonethe distinction between schizo-spec symptoms + depression/anxiety is the root cause and overall feeling surrounding it. there is nothing sad or distressing about the schizo-spec lack of feeling, as it is with depression. it is more of a personality trait than it is an illness that can be overcome. however, a lack of interest in personal hygeine, tidying surroundings, and social connection can LEAD to depression. equally, not going outside can lead to anxiety about going outside despite anxiety not being the cause.

heyo :3 i am quite techy i will tend to work on server stuff (often with ray's help lol). i do some coding but i'm easily distracted and de-motivated if something is annoying me!!!! i looove music. i tend to like hyper stuff but i also like to chill with queen + the beatles. hot space is the greatest album of all time btw..the cycling obsession took us all by storm and in the haze i picked out dad van aert and his stupid anime girl blond streak and now he's mine. i like team sky as well tho. but if u want teamsky mania that's ur boy geei used to like anime and i use ene from kagepro as a faceclaim, as well as miku (i like the blue ones) and sometimes gumi. these are most what i perceive myself to look like without actually id'ing as them. i don't really vibe with how i look irl but that's just the #dissociationi also do system mapping and other bs like that with ray + kyle

sup its your boy ray. i am also a tech wizard in fact if i was less chill id be pissed that geo is taking that title from me, but im chill so, im not pissed. i do linux server stuff now especially while listening to haddaway and sugababes.in theory i dont front a lot because im trying to fucking retire but apparently thats not a thing you can do so here i am. i id heavily with ray narvaez jr of youtube fame (previous achievement hunters) and if you remember any of that your pension is due on monday.i do system mapping with geo and kyle. if i seem kind of distant i promise im most likely fine + having a good time :) my tumblr is on ray.cubes.link but i don't use it very much. some tracker music i like is on there thoughyou guys don't even know about my 1D thing.
